Hey, I’m Caity B - dietitian, ex-gymnast and ice cream sob!
I work with busy, active individuals seeking weight loss without the pressure of perfection and upheaval of unrealistic diets. I don’t believe in telling you what to eat, but teaching you HOW.

WHERE IT ALL Began
When I started uni, I quickly became familiar with the overwhelming task of balancing healthy eating with a jam-packed schedule, while appearing to have my sh*t together -I mean I was studying to be a dietitian after all!

It seemed like all the nutrition advice out there was either too strict or too time-consuming—packed with complex recipes and demanding huge changes to my daily routine.
And I wasn't alone. Over the years, I've seen similar frustrations in those wanting sustainable weight loss. They knew what to eat but struggled with HOW to apply this to their busy lives without it feeling like a chore.

That's why I took a different route. I work closely with busy individuals to understand their dynamic lifestyle and develop nutrition plans tailored to them. It’s not about overhauling your life; it's about integrating smart, sustainable choices into your daily grind, so you can stay on track without the stress.
